Designing for Clarity at Scale

I specialize in turning large, high-stakes systems into experiences that feel simple and intuitive. From airport gate displays at DFW to neuroscience-based learning platforms, I create designs that help users navigate complex information with confidence.

My approach blends scale, accessibility, and measurable business impact. Whether it’s making public services more inclusive or lifting conversion rates on enterprise sites, I focus on structure, logic, and design choices that build trust.

I combine user research, AI-driven prototyping, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions quickly without sacrificing clarity. Above all, my goal is to create digital experiences that feel effortless for users and the teams who support them.

The Projects I’ve Helped Bring to Life

Flight Information Display System (2023-2024)

I led the UX redesign of DFW Airport’s Flight Information Display System, which provides real-time flight data across the entire terminal. The goal was to make flight information easier to scan as passengers moved through the airport, reducing friction for travelers navigating under stress.

I managed the full UX design process from early exploration to iterative prototyping and final delivery, working closely with the team to align with operational needs. The redesign improved wayfinding and speed, enabling passengers to identify their flights 40% faster and cutting flight-related help desk questions by 20%.

Gate Information Display System (2023)

I led the UX redesign of DFW Airport’s Gate Information Display System (GIDS), the screens passengers rely on right before boarding. The objective was to make boarding status, flight updates, and wayfinding cues unmistakably clear, so travelers could feel confident they were at the right gate and knew what to expect next.

I guided the full design process from concept through iteration to final delivery, collaborating with the team to balance passenger reassurance with operational priorities. The new system improved accuracy in reading gate information by 30%, boosted passenger confidence, and reduced repetitive questions for gate agents.

TSA Lane Controller Dashboard (2023)

I led the UX redesign of DFW Airport’s TSA Lane Controller dashboard, an internal tool used by staff to manage which security lanes are open or closed, update wait times, and guide passengers to the correct checkpoints. The goal was to streamline a complex, outdated interface so staff could work more efficiently and with fewer errors, even during peak travel times.

I oversaw the entire UX design process from auditing workflows and mapping user needs to creating a simplified interface with clearer lane controls and integrated wait time updates. The redesigned dashboard improved staff efficiency, reduced operational mistakes, and contributed to a smoother security checkpoint experience for passengers.

International Parkway Roadside Signage (2023-2025)

I led the creation of the roadside digital signage system displayed as drivers enter DFW Airport through the toll booths. The primary objective was to design a tool for delivering critical updates, including garage closures, detours, and emergency announcements in a way that drivers could understand instantly while moving at speed.

I guided the project from early discovery through design and handoff, focusing on information hierarchy, legibility, and message prioritization to ensure clarity in both everyday and high-pressure scenarios. The final system provides DFW with a reliable and flexible communication channel that enhances safety and reinforces trust from the moment travelers arrive on airport grounds.

DFW Airport Info Node Wayfinding Kiosk (2023-2025)

I contributed to the development of DFW Airport’s Interactive Wayfinding Kiosk, a touchscreen system designed to help passengers navigate the airport with ease. The kiosks allow travelers to search for destinations, restaurants, and shops and provide clear step‑by‑step routes from their current location.

I joined during the iteration phase, expanding user flows and designing additional screens to support the product team’s evolving needs. The kiosks are now in testing at the airport, and staff have reported that passengers are able to locate destinations more quickly and that the routes are easy to follow.

Quantum Connections Website Redesign (2023-2024)

I led the redesign of Quantum Connections’ website, a platform focused on leadership training and organizational trust. The previous site lacked structure and clarity, leaving visitors uncertain about the programs and how to navigate the content.

I redefined the site architecture, streamlined navigation, and translated the refreshed brand into an interface that feels clear, approachable, and trustworthy. Following the redesign, users were three times more likely to reach key offering pages, navigation engagement increased by 40 percent, and bounce rates dropped significantly.

Quantum Connections Learning Management Dashboard 2024

I designed the Learner Dashboard for Quantum Connections, a company focused on leadership training and organizational trust. The dashboard is accessed directly from the main website and serves two distinct user groups: students, who take classes, complete exams, and submit homework, and instructors or managers, who track progress and manage learners.

I mapped workflows for both roles, developed wireframes and prototypes, and created a clear interface that intuitively organized tasks and information. The result was a unified dashboard that simplified learning and management processes into one cohesive experience.

DHD Films Company Website (2023-2025)

I led the UX design and ongoing evolution of the DHD Films website. My focus was on improving navigation, structure, and usability while ensuring every update aligned with the brand and business needs. These enhancements created a cohesive, modern experience that better showcases DHD Films’ creative expertise and supports their continued growth.
